At the AI Cross-Border Hackathon 2026 — an international-scale technology event gathering over 300 contestants and leading AI experts, a team of students from the Institute of International Training (IIT) made a remarkable impression by successfully securing Third Place overall with a groundbreaking technological solution in Cross-Border E-commerce.

The team brought together three outstanding students from the International Information Technology program:

After 48 hours of intense, continuous competition in Hanoi, the team competed alongside 15–20 top-tier teams nationwide to convince a prestigious panel of judges featuring technology experts from BytePlus (ByteDance), DNES, Ecomdy, and major investment funds.

EXP Ecom Intelligence Platform – Market R&D Optimization Solution Achieving $0 Data Cost

The project that earned the IIT student team this major award is EXP Ecom Intelligence Platform. This is a multi-platform e-commerce market analysis platform integrated with AI Agent technology, designed to fully automate the product R&D process and eliminate expensive third-party data costs.

Key Technological Highlights of the Project:

• 2-Track Pipeline: Combines the Keyword Track (scanning trends from Google Trends, X, Pinterest, events) and the Product Track (analyzing empirical data from Amazon US, Etsy) to extract the Top 10 most potential keywords and products.
• Omnichannel Analytics: Integrates the Global Opp Score for aggregated opportunities, intelligently classifies data based on High Buyer Intent, Social Trend, and Blue Ocean niches, and features a visual Safe Badge to warn against trademark infringement risks.
• AI Agent Unified Orchestrator: Automatically orchestrates data into the Agent Prompt Engine, integrating specialized Copilots such as Deep-Dive R&D Copilot, Market Synthesis, and 30-Day Trend Forecast.
• Actionable 4W Weekly Report: Generates detailed weekly R&D recommendation reports on optimal materials, styles, pricing, and product risk warnings.
