2. History of formation and development
- The Institute of International Training was established according to Resolution No. 03/NQ-HDT of the University Council – Thai Nguyen University of Information and Communication Technology dated on February 22, 2023.
- The Institute of International Training is a revenue-generating public service centre with legal status, its own seal and a bank account.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
The Institute of International Training’s organiztional structure consist of:
- Director: In charge of general management
- Deputy Directors: Assists the Rector, perform the tasks assigned by the Director.
- Science & Academic Council: Gives Advice on the development of training regulations, objectives, training programs, plans, and the orientation of scientific and technological development.
- Functional Departments: Perform the tasks assigned by the Director.
