[IIT PRIDE] THE MOU SIGNING CEREMONY AND KICKOFF OF THE SAMSUNG INNOVATION CAMPUS (SIC) 2026 CONCLUDED WITH RESOUNDING SUCCESS: HONORING 13 “TECH WARRIORS” FROM THE INTERNATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE
On May 22, 2026, at the Multi-purpose Hall, Thai Nguyen University of Information and Communication Technology (ICTU) solemnly organized the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony and the Kickoff of the tech training program under the global project Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) 2026. This landmark event marks a strategic milestone in the sustainable partnership among ICTU, Samsung Vietnam, and Letuin High-Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd.
The ceremony was deeply honored by the presence of the Leaders of Thai Nguyen Province, the Leadership of Thai Nguyen University, senior executives from Samsung Vietnam and Letuin High-Tech Vietnam, alongside the ICTU Board of Rectors, distinguished faculty, and a large gathering of enthusiastic students.
A Pioneering Milestone in Elevating the Digital Workforce
Delivering a guidance speech at the event, the Leadership of Thai Nguyen Province expressed profound confidence and high expectations for the project. Currently, the Province has assigned Thai Nguyen University to implement the Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) project and selected ICTU as the host institution. Furthermore, the Province has officially approved the establishment of the High-Tech Talent Development Center (SIC Lab) right on the ICTU campus. The laboratory facility is currently under active construction and is scheduled to officially open in July 2026. It promises to become a premier tech launchpad, fostering innovation and supplying high-quality AI and semiconductor talent for Thai Nguyen Province and the entire Northern region.
Within the framework of the program, a formal MOU Signing Ceremony was conducted between ICTU, Samsung Vietnam, and Letuin High-Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd., paving the way for comprehensive and long-term cooperation. Right after that, the most anticipated highlight of the ceremony took place—The Official Kickoff Ritual of the SIC 2026 Training Program, ignited by the shared excitement and high determination of all parties involved.
