GOING GLOBAL: HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE 2026 IAESTE INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIP WORKSHOP

On March 11, 2026, students from the Institute of International Training (IIT) gathered at Hall C1 for an inspiring session with experts from the IAESTE Vietnam Office. The workshop opened doors to hundreds of overseas internship opportunities, reaffirming the global potential of ICTU students.

Connecting Knowledge – Shaping the Future

The workshop was a key collaboration between the Thai Nguyen University of Information and Communication Technology (ICTU) and IAESTE Vietnam to help students access professional working environments abroad. The event saw the participation of:

• Representatives from the IAESTE Vietnam Office.
• Leaders from the Department of Science-Technology & International Cooperation, and the Institute of International Training.
• A large number of students from various cohorts, especially those from classes K21 through K24.

• Over 99 diverse internship openings across multiple industries in various countries.
• Professional interview techniques and tips for perfecting application portfolios (CVs and Cover Letters).
• Essential cultural insights and practical advice for adapting to international workplaces.

With their strong English proficiency and global mindset, IIT students stood out by engaging in a lively Q&A session. They didn’t just ask about technical requirements; they showed a genuine ambition to serve as “student ambassadors,” representing the spirit of Vietnam to the international community.
