FUNCTIONS - DUTIES

Consulting the ICTU Board about training programs with the approach to international quality and standards
Building strategic plans to develop training programs and international training cooperations in forms and orientations consistent with the ICTU’s missions and visions and industrial needs;
Training highly qualified human resources approaching international quality and standards with training programs in English.

1. Organizing the implementation and development of legal revenue service activities approved by ICTU’s ICTU Board, specifically:

Developing, organizing, implementing and managing training programs in which English is a medium of instruction entirely or partly with advanced and modern contents, learning materials and teaching methods based on reputation international programs;
Seeking cooperation with international partners and educational institutions in implementing the exchange of lecturers, learners, expertise and academics;
Organizing and supporting the ICTU’s lecturers and learners to participate in training courses, seminars, tech talks, and practical internships with international and industrial partners;

2. Performing other tasks assigned by the Rector.
