IIT-ICTU Promotes Admissions at Dao Duy Tu High School

On April 28, 2025, the International Training Institute (IIT) – part of the University of Information and Communication Technology (ICTU) in Thai Nguyen – successfully held an admissions promotion event at Dao Duy Tu High School in Thai Nguyen City. The event garnered significant interest from 12th-grade students, presenting appealing study opportunities in the fields of information technology and software engineering that meet international standards.

Attendees at the promotion event included Dr. Vu Duc Thai – Vice-Rector of ICTU, Dr. Nguyen Thi Mai Phuong – Director of the International Training Institute, along with the Principal of Dao Duy Tu High School and teachers from both institutions.

During the session, Dr. Vu Duc Thai provided an overview of the University of Information and Communication Technology, emphasizing the strengths and development opportunities the university offers to students. Following this, Dr. Nguyen Thi Mai Phuong gave a detailed introduction to the International Training Institute and its two key training programs:

• International Information Technology: An advanced program that stays up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
• International Joint Program in Software Engineering with KNU (South Korea): An opportunity to study in an international environment, access high-quality education from a reputable partner, and receive two diplomas – one from the University of Information and Communication Technology (ICTU) and one from Kyungpook National University (KNU), South Korea.

Furthermore, Dr. Nguyen Thi Mai Phuong also provided information about attractive scholarship programs, modern learning facilities, and IIT’s experienced faculty.

The final part of the program was a lively Q&A session between the Dao Duy Tu High School students and the teachers from the International Training Institute. Many interesting questions about the academic programs and career prospects after graduation were answered thoroughly by the teachers, helping the students gain a clearer understanding of the fields of study at IIT.

The promotion event concluded successfully with the exchange of meaningful mementos, further strengthening the cooperative relationship between IIT-ICTU and Dao Duy Tu High School in career guidance and admissions.

This event was not only an opportunity for IIT-ICTU to showcase its high-quality training programs but also served as a bridge to help high school students have a clearer career orientation for their future.
