It aims to equip students with solid professional knowledge, hands-on expertise with modern technologies, high language proficiency, and strong intercultural adaptability.<\/p>\n<p>After years of dedicated study in Vietnam followed by a dynamic final transfer period in South Korea, ICTU students demonstrated remarkable resilience and determination.
