We conducted a quick interview with Ho\u00e0ng to hear about his experiences, insights, and contributions regarding the training program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Current Job and Future Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PV:<\/strong> <em>After graduating from the joint training program between ICTU and KNU, what is your current job and where are you working?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ph\u1ea1m \u0110\u0103ng Ho\u00e0ng:<\/strong> Currently, I am working in the <strong>Project Management (PM)<\/strong> department for <strong>Foxconn Hon Hai Company<\/strong> in Quang Chau Industrial Park, Bac Giang.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PV:<\/strong> <em>Do you aspire to pursue postgraduate training programs?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ph\u1ea1m \u0110\u0103ng Ho\u00e0ng:<\/strong> I missed the ideal time to pursue further studies for a master&#8217;s degree. Even though I won&#8217;t be continuing my studies, I still wish to contribute my opinions to build and provide better support for the subsequent cohorts of students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Evaluation of the Training Program and Learning Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PV:<\/strong> <em>What are your evaluations of studying at KNU and ICTU (facilities, lecturers, curriculum, etc.)?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ph\u1ea1m \u0110\u0103ng Ho\u00e0ng:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>On the part of ICTU and IIT:<\/strong> The lecturers at the Institute always try to <strong>create the best possible conditions<\/strong> for us to develop to our fullest potential.<\/li>\n<li><strong>On the part of KNU:<\/strong> The Professors were <strong>enthusiastic and supportive<\/strong>. However, as it is an international environment, it is naturally more demanding and requires greater effort and meticulous preparation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Suggestions for Program Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PV:<\/strong> <em>What are your personal suggestions to perfect the training program, promote its effectiveness, and be more student-centric?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ph\u1ea1m \u0110\u0103ng Ho\u00e0ng:<\/strong> As the first cohort, although the program was not entirely perfect, it was still complete. I hope that the <strong>3+2 exchange student strategy<\/strong> will be feasible starting next year. This is something I really wanted to have when I was studying at KNU, but there wasn&#8217;t enough meticulous preparation beforehand. I believe that these personal opinions will contribute somewhat to helping the lecturers improve the program for the following cohorts of students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Institute of International Training (IIT)<\/strong> congratulates and thanks Ph\u1ea1m \u0110\u0103ng Ho\u00e0ng for his honest sharing.
