Thai Nguyen, October 10, 2025<\/b> \u2013 In recent days, the heavy rain and flooding caused by the impact of Typhoon No. 11 (Typhoon MATMO) have inflicted significant damage and hardship on the local residents, including several students from the University of Information and Communication Technology (ICTU).<\/p>\n

Driven by the spirit of mutual assistance and a commitment to standing by its students, on October 9 and 10, 2025<\/b>, the Institute of International Training (IIT) \u2013 ICTU promptly established a Post-Flood Support Team to assist in cleaning up the homes of students severely affected by the disaster.<\/p>\n

The support team, composed of staff and lecturers from the Institute, personally visited and provided assistance to:<\/p>\n

  1. Student Nguyen Minh Hieu<\/b> \u2013 Class CNTT K22A QT (International IT Program K22A)<\/li>\n
  2. Student Ngo Tien Trung<\/b> \u2013 Class KTPM K22 KNU (Software Engineering Program K22 KNU)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    At the students\u2019 homes, the Team worked together to clear mud and debris, clean the environment, and reorganize damaged belongings, helping the families quickly stabilize their lives. This activity is not merely a form of material support; it is also a great source of spiritual encouragement, demonstrating the deep concern from the University and the Institute of International Training.<\/p>\n

    MSc. Nguyen Ngoc Duong<\/strong> shared: “This is a regular activity of the Institute of International Training, reflecting the humanistic and community-oriented educational philosophy of IIT and ICTU. We wish to help our students overcome the difficulties following the flood so they can continue their studies with peace of mind.”<\/p>\n

    The Institute of International Training (IIT) \u2013 ICTU commits to continuously monitoring the situation of all students, especially those facing difficult circumstances, to provide timely and necessary support, ensuring they have the best possible conditions for learning and personal development.<\/p>\n
